Your Engine with the Your Niche…

What is the first thing to do?
Pick a Niche that helps people solve their personal problems.
Select something you love and have a passion about.
Start building genuine friendships with the folks in your niche.
Google keywords in your interest group.
• First, don't do any actual marketing – just be a good friend who happens to have a related business.
• Give generously and sincerely; listen and help; connect other people to each other.
• Think about unusual things you c
fff
an write about… What would you like to read?
• Think “out of the dots” and create something that excites You! But make sure it’s relevant to your niche….
• Find out what the people in your niche want, and then provide
valuable content, products, and services they ask for.
• Use social bookmarking, report on the news, make comments that are relevant, and offer high-quality information and link to your blog and website.
• Build traffic to all pages online that contain links to your Web sites.
• Be Generous and trade content with others and link with others in your niche.
• Analyze where the majority of your traffic and profits are coming from; then put more of your time and effort into those venues.
• Find great videos related to your niche on www.YouTube.com
• Make sure links in your Video are directed to your squeeze page and give them a great incentive to sign up to your email list ..(give them a free report on your product or service..)
Starting is the hardest part. You have to start with one group and connect with one person… and try to make a difference to that one person.
Upon seeing a kid throwing a starfish back into the ocean the man asks the boy, “Why are you doing that when there are millions if starfishes in the ocean – plenty of them?” The little boy replies, “Because It made a difference to that one.”
It all started with blogs. A blog is a regularly updated journal published on the web. Some blogs are for small audiences, others for the masses. Blogs are influential, personal and reflect whatever people are writing about.
Pick a site like Facebook and fill out your profile and just start.
You should have FUN with your blog… Find other people's blogs who have similar interests to you– and meet and have conversations with folks all over the planet. I have friends in continents around the globe – and honestly, when I travel, I’ll be putting these contacts in my address book and hopefully connect with them in person when I visit! (Remind me to tell you about some travel tips)
People are creating their own “Blogs”. …your very own “social” page where you can “Link” and connect with as many social networking sites as you want. You can add photos, videos, comments, tips, experiences, opinions, and whatever you feel like talking about, including promoting your business. There are some Rules…. about promoting your business directly…. not encouraged… see chapter on “Ethics in your Networking”– Blogs have “personalities” and you want to talk about the topics Natural to that Blog, i.e. dogs, food etc.
The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.

Blogs are creating internet paradigms.
Blogs are powerful. They allow millions of people to easily publish and share their ideas.. then for millions to respond. They engage he writer and the reader in open conversations.
Blogs are intended for social connections – Do Not Use for Selling your product or you will be soon be left out in the dark.
Blogs are powerful. Respect them and use them to your advantage. Your business will be proud of you!
• Set up blogger.com for your blog relating to your product… www.Blogger.com
• Add photos related to your niche.
• Research other blogs and everything else about your field
• www.wordpress.org the premiere site for blogs
• www.wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ free plugins
• www.technorati.com - This is the recognized authority on what’s happening on the web today. They search, and organize blogs and people are referring to this as “citizen media”.
Joe Vitale (one of my Gold Nuggets you’ll get later) tells the powerful story about blogs: He wrote a blog called “Desperate Va
fff
lentines” on Valentine’s Day and it was about things you can do if you’re alone on Valentine’s Day. While everyone else was talking about red hearts, and love and dating and flowers and candy, Joe sent this contrary blog out and people were posting it all over the place. He saw 20,000 new visitors that night!
